Manar Elmahi, a student at CTMS, is one of seven 2022 Martin D. Jenkins Scholar Awardees, as presented by the National Association for Gifted Children’s Special Populations Network.
Named in honor of Dr. Martin D. Jenkins, Father of research on Gifted Black people, this award is designed to honor the high achievements of highly gifted Black students who excel academically in school.
